INSTORE COMPETITION - Terms and Conditions:
To enter you must have made a purchase either online or instore at The Sandalwood Shop retail establishments Albany WA and complete the entry form (including ticking the box confirming you will join The Sandalwood Shop mailing list and agree to these terms and conditions). Only one entry is permitted per person. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. The Sandalwood Shop is not responsible for any lost entries.
Employees and their immediate families of The Sandalwood Shop and its related entities are not eligible to enter.
The competition will commence at the start of business day on Tuesday 16th January 2024 and concludes at the close of business day, Tuesday 13th February 2024.
Once the winner is drawn, If the winner cannot be contactable, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the (unclaimed) winner and pick a replacement winner.
The first eligible entry drawn will be the winner. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday, 16th February 2024, and will be notified by email or telephone. Prizes may be collected instore or be sent to the postal address provided. The result of the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that the winner is uncontactable, The Sandalwood Shop will retain its sole discretion to either draw another winner for the unclaimed prize.
All entries are the property of The Sandalwood Shop and, if you tick the box on the entry form, your details will be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes. The winner’s first name and State of residence will be published on this page as well as on our Valentines Day 2024 blog page and our social pages (Facebook and Instagram). The Sandalwood Shop and its related entities will not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) or damages (including damage to property or person) which is suffered or sustained (regardless of whom the negligence may have stemmed from) in connection with or arising out of this competition or the promotion of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
