In the event that you have made the wrong selection or have been sent the wrong item, The Sandalwood Shop is happy to exchange your purchase. Simply return the item in the box it was delivered in and include an indication of the item for which it should be exchanged. If the amount of the exchange varies from the original product you will be required to pay the difference.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or is faulty please notify our Customer Service Centre immediately on 1300 362 132 within Australia or +61 8 9845 6812 for international callers. You may choose to fax (08 9841 7100) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any complaint. Damaged or faulty goods will be promptly replaced, exchanged or a full refund issued.
All damaged and faulty goods can be sent back free of charge (within Australia) by using the Reply Paid address which can obtained from our Customer Service Centre on 1300 362 132.
